Podcasts are one of my favorite ways to stay up on the latest happenings in social media. I listen to them in the car, while riding my bike or whenever I have a little downtime. In addition to learning about the latest events, I really enjoy the commentary on the latest issues and hearing how other people think about them.
The following are my top 5 social media podcasts.
- Jaffe Juice – This podcast isn’t always updated regularly, but Joseph Jaffe is always very opinionated which keeps things interesting.
- Dishy Mix – Susan Bratton interviews some of the most influential and successful people in media in this podcast.
- Media Hacks – Media Hacks is just a conversation between some of the most influential people in social media. It may lack some focus, but it makes up for it with some very thought provoking conversations.
- Marketing Over Coffee – John Wall and Christopher Penn get together once a week at their local coffee shop and talk about marketing.
- The Social Geeks – This podcast focuses a lot more on social tools, at least of late. If you want to learn about the newest things to keep you productive and on the cutting edge, this is the podcast for you.
